1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PullUp, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. User Account

• You must be at least 17 years old to use PullUp
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You can choose any username as long as it is appropriate and does not intimidate others
• You agree to provide accurate information, but your display name does not need to be your legal name
• I reserve the right to remove inappropriate usernames

3. User-Generated Content

• As the developer of PullUp, I am not responsible for any content created, uploaded, or shared by users
• I make reasonable efforts to remove inappropriate content when reported
• You are solely responsible for any content you create, share, or upload
• You agree not to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

4. Content & Pulls

• All pulls and associated content are temporary and will be automatically deleted after expiration
• You are responsible for any content you create
• I reserve the right to remove any content or pulls that violate these terms
• I do not actively monitor all content and rely on user reports to identify inappropriate material
• I am not responsible for anything that happens at pulls (events) - users attend at their own risk
• Users are responsible for their own safety and well-being when attending pulls

5. Premium Features

• Premium features are available through in-app purchases
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled
• Refunds are handled through Apple's App Store

6. Privacy

Your use of PullUp is also governed by my Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy, which outlines how I handle your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

• I provide PullUp on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• I do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use PullUp
• I am not responsible for the actions, content, information, or data of third parties

8. Content Moderation

• I strive to maintain a safe environment but cannot review all content
• I rely on user reports to identify harmful or inappropriate content
• I will make reasonable efforts to address reports of inappropriate content
• I reserve the right to remove any content at my sole discretion without notice

9. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms.

10. Account Deletion

• You have the right to delete your account and all associated data
• I provide an account deletion option in the app settings
• When you delete your account, I remove all your personal information and data permanently
• This includes your profile, messages, pulls, and all other user-generated content
• For complete account deletion including authentication provider link, sign out and sign back in before deleting
• I do not retain backup copies of deleted account data
• If you create a new account after deletion, it will be treated as a completely separate account

11. Intellectual Property

• PullUp and its original content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
• My name, logo, and app design are proprietary trademarks
• You may not use any of my intellectual property without express written permission
• You retain ownership of content you create, but grant me a license to use it within my service

12. User Content License

• You own the content you create in PullUp
• By posting content, you grant me a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the service
• This license is solely for operating and improving PullUp
• You represent that you own or have the necessary permissions for any content you post

13. Location Data

• PullUp uses location data to show nearby pulls and display your location for active pulls
• You can control location permissions in your device settings
• Location data is only used when the app is active
• I do not track your location when the app is not in use

14. Third-Party Services

• PullUp may integrate with third-party services for functionality
• Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies
• I am not responsible for the practices of third-party services
• You may be required to create accounts with these services separately

15. Changes to Terms

• I may update these terms at any time
• Significant changes will be communicated through the app
• Your continued use of PullUp after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
• If you disagree with the updated terms, you should stop using the app

16. Governing Law

These terms and your use of PullUp are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
