• Temporary pull content (automatically deleted after expiration)

Note: PullUp is intended for users 17 years of age or older.

• Enable core app functionality
• Display pulls on the map
• Provide messaging services
• Verify subscription status

Your display name can be different from your legal name, but must be appropriate and non-intimidating.

3. Location Services

PullUp uses location data only to:

• Show nearby pulls
• Display your location for your active pulls

You can control location permissions in your device settings.

Note: While I provide location services for pulls (events), I am not responsible for any incidents or occurrences at these events. Users participate at their own risk.

4. User-Generated Content

• I am not responsible for content created by users
• I do not actively monitor or review all user content
• I will make reasonable efforts to remove inappropriate content when reported
• Users are fully responsible for the content they create and share

5. Content Moderation

• I rely on user reports to identify inappropriate content
• I will take reasonable steps to review reported content
• I may remove content that violates the Terms & Conditions
• I cannot guarantee immediate removal of objectionable content

6. Data Retention

• Pulls and their associated content are automatically deleted after expiration
• Messages are automatically deleted after 2 days
• I do not store or analyze historical data

7. Data Security

I implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Third-Party Services

PullUp uses third-party services (like Firebase and OneSignal) for functionality. These services have their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for their data practices.

9. Account Deletion

• You have the right to delete your account and all associated data
• I provide an account deletion option in the app settings
• When you delete your account, I remove all your personal information and data permanently
• This includes your profile, messages, pulls, and all other user-generated content
• For complete account deletion including authentication provider link, sign out and sign back in before deleting
• I do not retain backup copies of deleted account data
• If you create a new account after deletion, it will be treated as a completely separate account

10. Information Collected Automatically

When you use PullUp, I automatically collect:

• Device information (model, operating system)
• IP address and general location
• App usage data and interactions
• Crash reports and performance metrics

This information helps me improve the app and troubleshoot issues.

11. Analytics and Cookies

PullUp uses analytics tools to understand how users interact with the app. These may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your usage patterns. The data collected is aggregated and does not personally identify you.

12. Push Notifications

• PullUp sends notifications about new pulls, messages, and app updates
• You can manage notification preferences in your device settings
• Opting out of notifications may limit some app functionality
• Even with notifications disabled, you may receive critical service updates

13. Children's Privacy

PullUp is not directed to anyone under 17 years of age. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If I discover that a child has provided me with personal information, I will delete it immediately.

14. International Users

PullUp is operated from Switzerland. If you access the app from outside Switzerland, you consent to the transfer of your data to Switzerland and its processing under Swiss privacy laws, which may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Correct inaccurate data
