1. Beta Program Participation

By participating in the PullUp Beta Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. License Grant

PullUp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the beta version of the PullUp application for testing and evaluation purposes only.

3. Beta Software

  • The beta software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
  • The beta software may contain bugs, errors, or other issues
  • PullUp reserves the right to modify or discontinue the beta program at any time
  • You acknowledge that the beta software is not production-ready

4. Feedback and Reporting

As a beta tester, you agree to:

  • Provide feedback on your experience with the beta software
  • Report any bugs, issues, or problems you encounter
  • Share suggestions for improvements
  • Respond to surveys or questionnaires about the beta experience

5. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the beta software and not to:

  • Share screenshots or recordings of the beta software
  • Discuss the beta software on social media or public forums
  • Share access to the beta software with others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to decompile the software

6. Data Collection

During the beta period, we may collect additional data to improve the software. This includes:

  • Usage patterns and statistics
  • Crash reports and error logs
  • Performance metrics
  • User feedback and suggestions

7. Termination

PullUp reserves the right to terminate your participation in the beta program at any time, for any reason, without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

PullUp shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the beta software, including but not limited to:

  • Data loss or corruption
  • Service interruptions
  • Device compatibility issues
  • Any other damages or losses

9. Changes to Agreement

PullUp may modify this License Agreement at any time. Your continued participation in the beta program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
